Beauty Haul #1

Happy 4th of July everyone!! Hope y'all are having (or had) a great one. The weather was crap today so I went out on shopping errands with my parents today and managed to score some goodies and do some serious damage (to my wallet).

The first place I stopped by was TJ Maxx and I was freaking blown away when I saw that they had The Body Shop body butters and scrubs that I have been eyeing for the past few months. I honestly couldn't get myself to buy them again because they were a whooping $20 each and I use them rather quickly, but today I got them for $6 each!! ($3 for the mini body butter). So...for the price of one original body shop body butter, I scored 3. Wahoo!!! I also got these Body Prescriptions Pomegranate Infused Makeup Cleansing Wipes because I ran out of cleansing wipes and wanted to give these babies a try. This was also only $3.

I also went to Century 21 to look for some sunglasses but unfortunately I couldn't find any that I liked but I did manage to finally get my hands on the Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector in 02 Apricot Shimmer because this color was actually out of stock for a WHILE and I was so excited to see that this store had this color in stock (but I just checked their website and it's back in stock). While I was paying for this, I saw that they had a special sale going on for the Clarins 7 Wonders Gift Set (which includes: one step exfoliating cleanser, mositure rich body lotion, toning lotion with camomile, instant eye make up revmover, hand and nail treatment cream, instant light natural lip perfector and total eye concentrate). This gift set is usually priced for $49.50 but I got it at only $33. I couldn't resist--plus, I did need some skin care products.

I'm actually a big fan of these lil gift sets because I think they're a great way of trying a broad range of products that might actually be great for you or a brand you might not be familiar with.

Just a short and sweet mini beauty haul for you guys!! I'll keep you guys updated on these products later on in the future :-)
